We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and personable professional to coordinate the details that make each event run smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating vendors and live bands for Polo Sunday events
• Supporting clubhouse operations on event days
• Acting as a point of contact for vendors, performers, and staff
• Assisting with sales opportunities and guest experience

Position Highlights

• $200/week flat rate + sales commissions

• Work closely with vendors, musicians, and the polo community

Availability Required

• Sundays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (full day, on-site)

• Event coordination or hospitality experience is a plus

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled contract maintenance worker to support our club, trails, and facilities at Hawaii Polo Club and Trail Rides. This is contract-based work with flexible hours, perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work in a ranch setting.

What You Will Do:
• Fencing repairs and upkeep
• Irrigation / PVC and basic water system work
• Basic carpentry and minor facility repairs
• Occasional electrical work

Requirements:
• Must live on Oʻahu
• Comfortable working outdoors in a ranch environment
• Experience around livestock or ranch work preferred
• Own tools and truck are a plus (not required)
